☕️ Wake-Up Call | Pulse Of The Nation
Sometimes the smallest things can make a big difference. Yet, every day we seem to overlook those small things for bigger problems. From rush hour traffic to conflict at work, bigger issues always seem to outshine the smaller pieces of our day.
If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed with some of the bigger issues in life, take a moment to find something small to help ground yourself. Set a timer for 3 minutes and focus on the flavor and feelings you get when you have that first sip of coffee. Go on a walk and stay off your phone, and notice the nature around you.
We all have the ability to root ourselves. Sometimes, we just need a wake-up call!

If you are anything like us, you need a bit of caffeine in your day to keep you going. Our beverage of choice, typical to most Americans, is a good ole cup of Joe. More specifically, we like ethically sourced, Peruvian Speciality coffee.
This isn't just any coffee, it's coffee recently launched by Elevator no. 103, Max Linkoff, and his partner called Felicia & Domingo. This single-origin coffee, showcases Peruvian growers helping to share the magic taste of Peru.
Growing companies, exploring cultures, and finding new flavors, inspired Max to launch his latest business initiative in the world of coffee. Battling through COVID, virtual working, and dealing with international sourcing, Felicia & Domingo is finally ready for the public! Use code "F&D*LAUNCH*_" for a 20% discount on your first purchase for the Elevation Nation crew. Check out our episode with Max!
