⏰ Kick The Sheets | Pulse Of The Nation

Volume 5

Winter is here. That means the holiday spirit, time with family, and delicious food. But it also means it might be cold, dark, and gross outside. Not the ideal conditions that make you want to jump out of bed and start your day.

What's the first thing you do when you wake up? Do you hit snooze? Do you roll over? Do you bury your head in your sheets? The morning routine has the potential to make or break your day.  Perhaps that's why so many people put such an emphasis on that first hour of their day.

From books like Hal Elrod's Miracle Morning to apps that help with your morning routine, people are obsessed with improving how they start their day. Volume 5 of Pulse of the Nation focuses on an Elevator that is on a mission to help people "Kick the Sheets" and jump-start their day.

Elevator Spotlight

Shining a light on accomplishments throughout Elevation Nation

Elevator no. 63 Brad Kraut has taken college campuses by storm! When we released Brad's episode earlier this year, he had about 25,000 TikTok followers. Now, he's verified with more than 560,0000 followers. At the time, he had just started his movement "Kick The Sheets" aiming to help inspire people to conquer their day. After tons of content creation and practicing what he preaches, Brad quite literally went viral.

From appearing on College Gameday to Kicking the Sheets with professional and collegiate athletes, Brad is on a mission to help people live to their full potential. In addition to inspiring people to get out of bed, Brad also has coined a new phrase helping raise GPAs across the globe.

His new concept of becoming an "Academic Weapon" has students everywhere sitting front row and focusing on being the best students they can be. In other words, Brad is making academics cool again! (Something that tends to be rare for the modern student). Check out our episode with Brad!
