šŸ Falling Forward

Volume 24

The leaves are changing, the pumpkin spice is flowing and Parker is wearing long underwear on his runs again. Yes itā€™s time for fall. And while this change of season is depressing for me personally as the lack of sunlight in the evenings makes me want to go to bed at 7:30pm, itā€™s also a reminder that change needs to be embraced.

Instead of sulking, feeling tired and getting sad as the weather gets colder and darker, Iā€™m finding new and unique ways to embrace this change.

From turning every single light on in my house, to lighting candles to amplify my cozy vibe. This season, Iā€™m leaning into everything fall and the changes it brings. That is, everything except for watching football all day on Sunday. (Go Ravens!)

Elevator Spotlight

Shining a light on accomplishments throughout Elevation Nation

Parker and I typically try to be humble. But something happened recently that we used to dream about years ago when we started Elevation Nation. We were asked to partner with our employer, EY to shoot mini-podcast interviews with our C-Suite.

We used to joke about this happening years ago when we started Elevation Nation. The fact that this dream, became a reality was such an exciting accomplishment for us. Thank you to The Nation for your continued support and love, we wouldnā€™t have been able to get here without you guys.

Be on the lookout for content from those interviews dropping soon!
