Volume 4
Gratitude is a choice. Each year, Americans celebrate Thanksgiving and take time to think about all they are grateful for. However, expressing gratitude doesn't need to just be an annual occurrence.
Being thankful for what we have, what we've endured, and what is yet to come can help shift your mindset from a victim mentality to one that writes its own story. Take a few minutes this week to write down some things you are grateful for. We can all use a friendly reminder to practice gratitude, so take this as your sign!
