đź’ Do Dreams Come True?
Volume 26 | Pulse of The Nation
Over the past six months, I’ve made a conscious effort (thanks in part to Elevator No. 166, Myles Grossman) to work on my positive mindset and energy. While I was skeptical at first, Myles took me under his wing, teaching me both mental and physical techniques to elevate my mindset.
From helping my body heal by using a Shakti Mat, to practicing morning affirmations and meditation, to cold plunges, the tools and techniques available to improve my mentality seem endless.
For a long time, I wasn’t sure if I truly believed in this. Sure, it promoted healthy habits, but did it actually make a difference? While I’m certainly no scientist, I’ve delved into a fair number of educational books discussing the power of our mentality and energy, and how they help us manifest our lives.
As I look around my new apartment, it’s hard to ignore the fact that what I have now, I once dreamed of years ago. The incredible job, a startup I love, amazing family and friends—I could go on and on.
Whether you think mindset or energy played a role, or if you think it’s just hindsight bias, I feel as though I’ve been happier and more positive than ever before. So I’m curious—do you believe in the power of manifestation and positive energy?
With immense gratitude,
Sam
