π Catch Us Outside
Volume 3
The most exciting part of building a community of young adults conquering the real world, is seeing Elevation Nation thrive. As the nation grows, we canβt help but smile watching the community elevate each and every day.
It started as a journey for us to figure out the real world, beginning with a never released, OG workbook. That evolved into an app that also was never released. (But we sure had some fun making it). Our first launch to the public was The Elevation Nation Podcast.
Who would have guessed that almost two years later, we would be still rocking and rolling on the pod, curating in-person events, launching our own streetwear apparel line and of course, starting Pulse of the Nation. Thank you all for the continuous support; keep on elevating!

Elevator Spotlight
Shining a light on accomplishments throughout Elevation Nation
Elevator no. 47 Jesse Kay appeared on everybody's favorite doctor show... Dr. Phil! The doc "caught Jesse outside" as they discussed the generational differences between Boomers and Zoomers. As always, Jesse elevated the conversation and impressed Dr. Phil with his knowledge and accomplishments as a young adult. Did we mention Jesse hasn't even graduated college yet?
Jesse is well known for his own podcast, "Trendsetters Podcast" where he has interviewed the likes of Mark Cuban, Candace Parker, and Adam Schefter. And if that isn't enough, Jesse also started his own company, Vyber Media, and co-founded the non-profit, "Makin' Lemonade Fund", helping with COVID relief with fellow elevator no. 34, Alex Sheinman Check out our podcast episode with Jesse!

The Fourtitude Four
4 quick ways to elevate your Mental Fortitude
π Quick Read - A key part of Mental Fortitude is accountability. Having a vision for what you want is great, but without steps to get there, that vision will continue to be a dream. Dr. Phil highlights seven steps we all can take to help turn our vision into a reality.
π€ Quote - "I think people limit themselves and get in their own way, including me. Everybody gets comfortable in their own life... When we do look back, we often realize that we havenβt accomplished anything" - Dr. Phil McGraw
π¬ Clip - Stuck in a negative headspace? It's normal and natural to feel this way. However, Dr. Phil recommends checking the rationality of your thoughts with these 4 statements.
π Question - One aspect of Mental Fortitude is self-awareness. Need some help figuring out who you are? Ask yourself these four questions from Dr. Phil. Who am I? What are my singular characteristics? What do I most want the world to know about me? What do I value above all in life?
