🎁 Attitude of Gratitude | Pulse Of The Nation

Volume 16

The holidays provide so many with joy and happiness during the cold, dark days of winter. From Thanksgiving turkey (or fish if you are in the Panitch family) to ham, latkes and Chinese food, the holidays are an exciting time for many.

They are also extremely overwhelming. From travel, to crazy uncles, to seeing ex’s at your hometown bar, the holiday season is full of surprises and stressors. This holiday season, we at Elevation Nation have decided to emphasis a new mindset to help us not just “get through” the holiday season, but thrive.

This year, we are declaring December a month of gratitude. Seems like a no-brainer during the holidays, but we often lose sight of it. Parker and I will be holding each other accountable to express gratitude this month to family, friends, co-workers and strangers. Let us know how you plan to express gratitude this month!
